1. Does filling up the Registration Form guarantee admission to School?

Ans: No, filling up the form is merely the first step to be eligible for admission. It does not guarantee admission to the School.

2. I am not very comfortable in filling up the Online Registration Form. Do I have any other option if I want to apply?

Ans: Registration forms are accepted through online mode only. There is no provision for any paper based forms. A copy of filled-up form should be dropped in the DROP-Box available in the school Guard Room.

3. Can I pay the registration fee through a Cheque or Demand Draft or in cash?

Ans: No,the registration fee can only be paid through online payment system. It cannot be paid through Cheque, Demand Draft or in cash.

4. What are the payment options to pay Registration Fee online?

Ans: Online options available to make the Registration Fee payment are through Credit Card, Debit Card or Internet Banking.

5. What is the minimum and maximum age limit required to seek admission to the Nursery Class?

Ans: Age Eligibility – Age of the children at the entry level is prescribed between 2 years 11 months to less than 4 years 1 month i.e. (Born between 01/03/2020 and 30/04/2021) as per age relaxation granted by the DOE vide Circular No.FDE.15(172)/PSB/2016/8873-8882 Dated 18/10/2023.

6. If I live within 1 km radius from school, will my child be given preference while seeking admission to Nursery Class?

Ans: The point calculation is based on guidelines set by Department of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi. The criteria is attached.

7. What do First Name of the Child and Last Name of the Child refer to in the Application Form?

Ans: The field First Name of the Child refers to the name of your child and Last Name of the Child refers to your surname or family name.

8. I already have a child studying in School. Will I get any preference for my second child?

Ans: Yes, your child will earn some additional points under the Sibling category which means real brother/sister only and not cousins in the family. No points will be awarded if this column is not filled with proper document attached (See the Document details)

9. As a student, I represented my school and college at several Zonal and State Level Tournaments. Will my child get a higher score?

Ans: No, this is not a part of criteria and your child would not get any preference in such a case.

10. I do not have an Email id. Can I leave the field blank?

Ans: No, it is a mandatory field and therefore cannot be left blank. Moreover, your Email id would be used for all future communication regarding admission of your ward and sharing further details.

11. I am seeking admission for my child in other class than Nursery, can you please let me know the complete admission process at School.

Ans: The admissions are open for class Pre-School only. Please visit school website for other details, if any

12. How would I know if I have successfully made the Registration Fee payment?

Ans: If you have successfully made the payment online, you will receive a confirmation on your mobile through SMS and a mail at your registered Email id. You will recieve the receipt on your registered Email id against the payment made by you. (Please save the receipt)

13. If my child is shortlisted, how would I be informed? Since the application form is online, will I only be sent an Email?

Ans: Keep checking the updates on school website for further information.The dates given by the DOE will be strictly followed.

14. If I want to apply in N K B P S Dwarka and N K B Global School Dwarka both, Do I need to fill up separate forms or is it an integrated process?

Ans: All the schools are independent. Therefore, you would be required to fill up separate Application Forms for each one of them.

15. How do I put my signature in the declaration column?

Ans: By making the payment, you automatically accept all the terms and conditions mentioned in the declaration column, therefore no signature is required.

16. How do I upload my child's photograph?

Ans: You can scan and upload a latest coloured passport sized photograph of your child with 80% face coverage with white background.

17. How can I be considered as an Alumni ?

Ans: Your child will earn some additional points under the Alumni category which means either of the parents passed out from N. K. Bagrodia Public School, Sector - 4 Dwarka. with minimum 10 years schooling. No points will be awarded if this column is not filled with proper documents attached (See the document details)
